Moong Dal Palak Chilla recipe for weight loss

Ingredients:
1. Spinach(पालक)---50gms.
2. Split moong beans(मूंग दाल)----100gms(Soaked in water for 7-8 hours).
3. Carom seeds(Ajwain)(अजवाइन)---1/2 tsp
4. Black Pepper(काली मिर्च)-----1/2tsp.
5. Garlic(लहसन)----3-4 pods.
6. Ginger(अदरख)----1 Inch.
7. Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर)----1/2 tsp.
8. Green chili(हरी मिर्च)---2 pieces.
9. Salt(नमक)---As per your taste.
10. Ghee(घी)----1tsp.
Methods:
1. Soak the moong dal for 7-8 hours.
2. Grind the soaked dal, spinach, green chili, garlic, ginger and black pepper to make a thick batter.
3. Add salt, turmeric powder and carrom seeds to the batter and mix it well.
4. Heat a flat pan(Tawa) and grease it well with ghee.
5. Now pour the batter on the pan and spread it evenly on the pan.
6. Let it cook on low medium flame till it dries out from the top.
7. Now flip the chilla and cook it from the other side to have few brown spots on it.
8. Your chilla is ready to serve.
9. Serve it hot.
