Method of Preparation for Chhena Rasgulla (How to make chhena rasgulla):

1. Boil the milk, turn off the stove after one boil.
2. Put 1-2 spoon of vinegar and stir it well, you will have chhena separated from water.
3. Strain it with the help of cheese cloth and hang it or put some weight on on so that water gets drained out from chhena.
4. Now chenna is ready ro make rasgulla.
5. Now mash the chhena so that it becomes a soft dough then prepare the small balls for rasgulla.
6. Now prepare the sugar syrup which needs to be very light sweet, once it starts boiling, put the chhena balls in it and let the pressure cook for 3 whistles and then let the cooker cool down.
7. Once cooker cools down, you can take out the rasgulla and then prepare anotherr sugar syrup whic can be sweet as per your tast and then put the rasgulla into it and leave it for 20-30 minutes then you rasgulla will be ready for serving.
