production. India is also the largest exporter of turmeric in the world almost
60% of worlds export of turmeric is done by India.

is being used in almost all the Indian curries. This wonder spice is getting
place into other cousins very rapidly. Very soon we are going to see the
turmeric drinks in the modern world.
Medical benefits
of Turmeric: Low in cholesterol and sodium, it’s a good source of vitamin C,
vitamin B6, dietary fiber, iron, potassium, magnesium and manganese.
