Ingredients:
1.
Paneer(पनीर)---200 gms(Sliced in cubes).
2.
Corn starch(कॉर्नस्टार्च)----2tbs.
3.
All purpose flour(मैदा)----2tbs.
4.
Garlic(लहशन)----1tbs (roughly chopped).
5.
Black Pepper(काली मिर्च)----1 tsp.
6.
Green chili(हरी मिर्च)----2-3 pieces.
7.
Onion(प्याज़)---1/2 medium size (Chopped in squares).
8.
Green bell pepper(हरा शिमला मिर्च)----1/2
medium size(Chopped in Square)
9.
Red bell pepper(लाल शिमला मिर्च)----1/2
medium size(Chopped in Square)---Optional
10.
Yellow bell pepper(पीला शिमला मिर्च)----1/2
medium size(Chopped in Square)---Optional
11.
Spring onion(हरा प्याज)----2tbs (Finely Chopped).
12.
Soya Sauce(सोया सॉस)----2tbs
13.
Tomato Sauce(टोमेटो सॉस)----2tbs.
14.
Chili Sauce(चिली सॉस)----1tbs.
15.
Sugar(चीनी)----1/2tsp.
16.
Vinegar(विनेगर)----1tbs.
17.
Salt(नमक)---As per your taste.
18.
Water(पानी)---4 cup.
Method:
1.
Marinate the paneer cubes.
2.
Add soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt to
Paneer. Mix it well & keep it aside.
3.
Make a thick batter of corn starch and all
purpose flour by using water.
4.
Pour the batter into the marinated paneer and
mix it well.
5.
Fry all the coated paneer in cooking oil till it
turns golden brown.
6.
Now prepare the sauce for chili paneer by adding
tomato sauce, chili sauce soya sauce and sugar by mixing it well.
7.
Now heat a pan, put little water. Put chopped
garlic and green chili and cook it well for 15-30 seconds.
8.
Now add onion and cook it for 20-30 seconds.
9.
Add all the bell peppers and cook it for 30
seconds.
10.
Now add one pinch of black pepper powder and a
spoon of vinegar, stir it well.
11.
Now add the prepared sauce and mix it well. Also
add fried paneer and mix it well.
12.
Cook this for a minute on medium flame.
13.
Now switch off the flame and add spring onion.
14.
Chili Paneer is ready for serving.
