Ingredients:
1.      Milk(दूध)----700 ml(Full Cream).
2.      Paneer/Chena(छेना/पनीर)----200 gms.
3.      Sugar(चीनी)----250 gms.
4.      Almonds(बादाम)----8-10 pieces.
5.      Pistachio(पिस्ता)----8-10 pieces.
6.      Saffron(केशर)----2 pinch
7.      Water(पानी)-----1 liter.
Method:
1.      Boil the milk to reduce half in quantity for Rasmalai.
2.      Mash the Paneer/Chena to make a soft dough.
3.      Shape the Rasgulla for Rasmalai.
4.      Boil 1 liter of water and 150 gms of sugar in pressure cooker to make sugar syrup.
5.      Put all the Rasgulla (Chena balls) to the boiling sugar syrup.
6.      Cook it on high flame for one whistle and on low flame for 10 mins.
7.      Let the cooker cool down and be out of pressure.
8.      Now take out the Rasgulla from the sugar syrup and squeeze them, so that all the sugar syrup gets out from the Rasgulla.
9.      Now add sugar to the reduced milk, let it boil.
10.   Add saffron to it and mix it well.
11.   Now add all the Rasgulla to the milk and let it have one boil.
12.   Switch of the flame and add sliced dry fruits.
13.   Rasmalai is ready. Cool it down and serve.
