Ingredients:
1.
Bitter gourd(करेला)---3 pieces.
2.
Mustard seeds(सरसो)----2tbs.
3.
Garlic(लहसन)----6-7 pieces
4.
Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर)----1/2 tsp.
5.
Red Chili powder(मिर्च पाउडर)---1/2 tsp.
6.
Coriander Powder(धनिआ पाउडर) ----1/2 tsp.
7.
Dry Mango Powder(आम चूर पाउडर)----1tsp.
8.
Salt(नमक)---As per your taste.
9.
Cooking oil(तेल पकाने के लिए )----3 tbs.
10.
Water to boil bitter gourd----(पानी करेला उबालने के लिए)
Method:
1.
Make a cut on the bitter gourd from one side
only and take out all the seeds.
2.
Boil the bitter gourd with salt and turmeric
powder till it get soft and keep it aside.
3.
Make a paste of bitter gourd seeds, Mustard
seeds and garlic.
4.
Now heat a pan and put the oil, let oil get
heated.
5.
Now add the paste we prepared from bitter gourd
seeds, Mustard seeds and garlic and cook it for couple of minutes.
6.
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder chili
powder and salt, Cook this mix for 4-5 minutes on low medium flame without
adding water.
7.
Add dry mango powder and mix it well. Now switch
off the flame.
8.
Now let’s cool the masala.
9.
Stuff the bitter gourd with the cooked masala.
10.
Now shallow fry the stuffed bitter gourd by
rolling all around.
11.
Stuffed bitter gourd is ready to serve.
12.
You can keep this prepared dish without
refrigerator for 2-3 days.
