Chops ***Pure and best Mutton Chop ****
Ingredients:
1.
Goat Meat Chop (मटन चाप)----400gms
2.
Yogurt(curd)(दही)----3 tbs.
3.
Ginger Garlic paste(अदरख लहसन का पेस्ट)----1 tbs
4.
Red Chili powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)---1/2 tsp.
5.
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर)----1 tsp.
6.
Salt(नमक)---As per your taste.
7.
Black Pepper Powder(गोलकी पाउडर)----1/2tsp.
8.
Sugar(चीनी)----1/2tsp.
9.
Cooking oil(तेल)----2 tbs.
10.
Vinegar(विनेगर)----1tsp.
11.
Green Coriander(हरा धनिया पत्ता)---1tbs.
Method:
1.
First prepare the margination for mutton chops.
2.
Take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, red chili
powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, curd, salt and sugar.
3.
Now mix this well and add green coriander leaves
and mix it well.
4.
Now pour this margination on mutton chops and
coat it well.
5.
Leave the marinated mutton chops for 30-40 mins.
6.
After 40 mins, lets heat the pan and put cooking
oil in it for heating.
7.
Now put all the mutton chops on the heated pan as
shown in video and let it cook for 10-12 mins on low flame with lid on top.
8.
After 10 mins, flip all the chops and let it
cook for 10-12 mins with lid on top.
9.
Mutton will become tender and all the mutton
juices should dry out.
10.
Now cook it properly for next 7-8 mins on both
sides, till it turns into golden brown.
11.
At this point , your mutton is ready for
serving.
